LIFE SUCCESS^® AGREEMENT

NOTICE TO BUYER

Please note that this is a one-year commitment beginning on the day of signing. After the first year is complete this signed agreement will remain in force as long as the Member pays the monthly/annual fee. It is also understood that the seller has the option to increase the monthly/annual fees without notice during renewal period not to exceed $10.00 per month.

I also understand the following:

1. The program does not include the cost of books, product, facilitating or Life Success Coaching, which are available on a cost per item basis.

2. The membership price includes processing and program usage and is subject to such reasonable rule and regulations.

3. Failure to continue with the program will not relieve Member of Member's obligations to make all payments due.

4. This membership is personal to Member and May not be assigned, transferred or cancelled except as otherwise provided.

5. You are entitled to a copy of the contract you accept.

6. An additional service fee will be assessed for any check, draft, credit card or order returned for insufficient funds or any other reason. 

I understand that as a part of my involvement in Life Success International®, I will be receiving opinions, advice, and input on various personal and professional issues I am facing. I understand that I am free to consider and/or implement this input, or to not do so. I understand that any input or advice I receive as part of my involvement with Life Success International® is not offered as professional or legal advice or counsel, and therefore I agree to hold harmless Life Success International®, its employees, agents, and representatives, members or affiliates from any damage or loss as a result.
